How to Use CheX DfuseNet

Follow this simple step-by-step guide to confidently operate the diagnostic workflow and interpret the AI-generated results.

1. Upload Your Chest X-Ray

Navigate to the 'Predict' page. Upload the x-ray image using drag and drop or browsing (supported formats: JPG, PNG, JPEG). Ensure the image is clear and well-lit for optimal results.

2. Initiate Analysis

Once your image preview is loaded, initiate the AI analysis. Our prediction and XAI engine will process the image to identify any of the 14 detectable chest abnormalities.

3. Conprehensive Prediction Results

The system will generate a detailed probability score for each detected abnormality. It highlights which diseases were detected and displays the confidence threshold. Additionally focal and diffuse disease pattern summary will be provided.

4. Examine Explainable AI Heatmaps

For complete clinical trust, click to view the Explainability maps (Grad-CAM and Fusion Maps). These visual heatmaps will cleanly highlight exactly which regions of the X-ray the AI focused on to make its prediction.

5. Save & Manage Records

Medical professionals can save and download a PDF report of the final prediction report securely to the patient's record by adding notes and assigning a patient ID.
